Maj Vantesh Bakshi(Retd.) is an Indian Army Veteran, serial entrepreneur, researcher, and social impact advocate. With over three decades of leadership experience spanning military service, entrepreneurship, and business development, he has built and led ventures across diverse sectors, including real estate, facility management, defence technology, and strategic consulting.
A passionate believer in the power of research and innovation, Vantesh has spent years studying and conceptualizing solutions in artificial intelligence, robotics, and unmanned systems. As the founder of GiVa Aerotech, he continues to advocate for indigenous research and development. For him, technology is not just about building products; it is about solving real-world problems and creating lasting societal impact.
The vision for NiVan Foundation was born from personal loss. Having experienced the grief of losing a loved one, Vantesh realised that while people often receive support in times of physical illness, emotional loss is frequently faced in silence. That experience became the foundation of NiVan: a platform built on empathy, dignity, and the belief that no one should have to navigate life's most difficult moments alone.
Today, through NiVan Foundation, he is committed to creating compassionate communities, empowering individuals through support and awareness, and building initiatives that foster emotional well-being, resilience, and social change.
